Well, it is not long time that I decided to move my site to Joomla (from simple HTML/Javascript) but then it was still Joomla 1.0.13, while now it is 1.5 the brand new release available!
Unfortunately I had not many time to move all content from my old site, but this is a good situation if one decide to upgrade the Joomla version from 1.0.x to 1.5!
So, ....here it is! Just upgraded to version 1.5
Obviously I had to face with some problems:
- my template, which I had modified just for my purposes, is not compatible with 1.5!
- the Ajax vote component isn't compatible with the 1.5!
So I had to remove them and use standard component and template. I'll check in the future if I can revert them to the new version ..... or perhaps replace them at all!!!
